👨👩👧👦 Do you only draw pets?
No — we design both people and pets. You can include up to 4 characters on hoodies and up to 2 characters on mugs, with every custom cartoon capturing their unique features and personality.

📸 Is my photo good enough?
Yes! Most smartphone photos work great. For best results, choose a well-lit, front-facing image with clear visibility of your pet’s (or person’s) features.
💡 Not sure? Upload your photo, and we’ll let you know—or automatically improve it where possible. You can always email us at contact@memorifystore.com.
🤔 What if I don’t like my preview or design?
Impossible — you can upload as many photos as you like until you’re completely satisfied! All our products feature Instant Preview, so you approve the design before buying — what you see is exactly what gets printed. No waiting for emails, no surprises — speed, technology, and quality are our priority.
🔁 Can I make changes after ordering?
Yes, you may be able to make changes to names or details by emailing us at contact@memorifystore.com within 2 hours of placing your order, but it’s not guaranteed. Our production is always improving, and your order may already be approved and in production—but you can always try!

🚀 How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all orders within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

📦 How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50, shipping rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
🚚 I ordered multiple products, will they arrive together?
Depending on what you ordered, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Although in most cases, all items will be packaged together.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to the following countries:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
We’re continuously expanding our shipping destinations — stay tuned for updates.
💳 Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.

Your payment will automatically be in your local currency, so you don’t need to worry about conversions.
📬 Can I track my order?
Yes — all orders include a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your delivery in real time.
📦 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can make changes only if your order hasn’t entered production yet.
🔄 What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
We stand behind every order. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us right away at contact@memorifystore.com.
If we haven’t reached out to you yet, please do so — this helps us accelerate your replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
We’ll replace or refund your order — no hassle.
Returns & Refunds
🛍️ Do you offer a refunds?
Yes! We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Because each item is custom-made, once an order is placed it can’t be edited or canceled due to its personalized nature. However, if you wish to cancel midway, we can offer a partial refund, with $35 deducted for the design work already completed.
If your order doesn’t match the preview or arrives damaged, simply email us at contact@memorifystore.com within 30 days and include a photo of the item. We’ll gladly provide a 100% refund or replacement.
✅ What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, please email us at contact@memorifystore.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace it for free or issue a full refund — no hassle.
🕒 How long does it take to get my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
❓ Do I need to return the product?
No return is needed. Simply send us photos and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll resolve it quickly — saving you the hassle of return shipping. We’ll replace or refund your order, whichever you prefer.

If you haven't received any emails 2-4 days after your purchase, first check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, don't worry!
