After you order, we’ll email you a preview of your artwork within 12 to 72 hours.
Production (24–72 hours):
Once you approve the preview, creating your artwork takes 24 to 72 hours.
Shipping (1–6 days):
After production, we package and ship your order. Delivery usually takes 1 to 6 days, with faster options at checkout.

Can I see a preview of the art before it's printed?
We send you a preview 1-3 days after you order and offer FREE unlimited revisions. We'll keep working with you until you're completely happy with the result.
What if I don't like my pet portrait?
If you're not happy with your art, we'll redo it free of charge until you are 100% satisfied. We only print and ship it when you love it
Is my photo good enough to use?
Most likely, yes! Since all our art is created from scratch by artists, the quality of the reference photo isn't as important.

Can I have more than 4 pets/people?
You can choose up to 4 people/pets on our main product. If you'd like more than 4 pets, please contact us at contact@memorifystore.comfor a quote.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping! We partnered with local centers worldwide to provide faster, cheaper shipping in the USA, Canada, Australia. This means FREE shipping for you!
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we can’t edit or cancel it because it’s personalized. If you need to cancel midway, we offer partial refunds, with a $25 fee for the design work already done. Please note that 'First in Line' and digital products are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
What if I don't like my pet portrait?
We’ve got you covered with unlimited revisions and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
We won’t produce or ship your art until you’ve fully approved the design. If you’d like to use a different photo, we can update the artwork for you.
Our team is dedicated to making as many revisions as needed to ensure you’re thrilled with the final result.
We’ll keep revising for free until you’re 100% happy. We only print it when you love it!

How long do I have to wait for a reply to my mail?
You should expect to receive a response within a couple of hours.
During busier periods (such as holiday shopping season), please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
No emails after my order: What should I do?
If you haven't received any emails 2-4 days after your purchase, first check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, don't worry!
