3. Approve & Order: Once approved, your order is locally produced in the U.S. or Australia and shipped promptly.

What's the turnaround time?

1. Instant Design Preview (1–2 minutes):
Click “See Preview” and watch your custom pet cartoon come to life live — drag, zoom, and perfect it on the spot.

2. Lightning Production (1–3 business days):
Once you approve, we print and craft your product locally in the U.S, Europe, and Australia for faster and higher-quality fulfillment.

3. Express Shipping (2–5 business days):
Every order is shipped via express carriers — no slow mail, no delays. We prioritize speed and reliability so your custom piece arrives ASAP.

Can I have multiple pets\people on one product?

Yes! We can feature up to 4 characters — a mix of people (kids and adults) and/or pets.

Can I see the design before purchasing?

Yes! Our new instant preview feature prints exactly what you see in your preview — with vibrant, long-lasting colors. No waiting for emails or revisions!

Do you only draw pets?

No — we design people (kids and adults)! You can include up to 4 characters total, mixed between people and pets. For any special requests, please contact us at contact@memorifystore.com.

Is my photo good enough to use?

Most probably, yes!

If you're unsure whether your photo is suitable, feel free to reach out to us at contact@memorifystore.com.

Here’s our advice for the best results:

-Ensure the photo has good lighting.

-Try to capture the photo at eye level.

-Get a close-up to highlight unique features.

-Make sure the photo isn’t blurry.

-Avoid cutting off important features (like ears!) in the frame.
